A vast experience of dealing with clients needing properties cleared, we
have cleared all types of properties, houses, flats, garages,
shops, and have helped our clients relocate furniture in a national and international level.
Single items to full loads, we dispose of builders waste and rubble and
all types of household furniture including
carpets, beds and settees.
When you have us deliver the new we can take the old away.
Waste transfer notes are always given.

Grounds maintenance - caretaking services
We have over the last 5 year provided weekly or monthly grounds maintenance
- safety checks
of public walkways, weed treatment, grounds swept, litter picking, bins emptied, contracts are undertaken for a
block of buildings external grounds and private car parks etc.
Hedge and grass
cutting also garden clearances.
A one off visit or a regular service can be provided for hedge cutting and grass cutting, bushes can be cut or trimmed
a range of petrol equipment is used.
All cut green waste is removed from site for disposal.
Property
maintenance / handyman services - fully insured
We have public liability insurance for property
maintenance so we can work on site.
We provide these services also for private individuals and property management for example we can disconnect and reconnect
washing machines, seal leaking showers and also dismantle garden sheds, we can provide demolition work and also repairs.
Internal and external
painting and decorating
Already Property has partnered with experienced painter and decorator
which is available for domestic or commercial work.
Along with painting and decorating services he can also fit new fascias and gutters, cleaning of windows and all PVC plastics can also be provide any other general ladder work.
